Customized Training Plans

For The Run of It meets runners where they are.

In other words, no training plan is one-size-fits-all.  Every runner has their own needs based on experience, personal goals, age, injuries, etc..  

Our customized training plans include recommendations for cross training, strength and mobility training, running drills, and more.  We will help every runner succeed in whatever goal they have set before them.  

Race Strategy

How do I fuel during a Marathon?  Should I warm up before trying to nail a PR in the 10K?  Are there any run specific exercises I should be doing in order to get to the Starting Line healthy?  These are just a few of the many questions runners ask during their training build-up for a goal race.  Our experience will assist in providing answers to the questions runners have, as well as those they didn't even think to ask!
